Ms. Sheridan presents a demonstration video for an activity that combines the best of music and art class: Musical Brainscapes! This video is made for students who are working independently on music (remotely or as an aide in an in-school lesson), but could also be done by anyone who wants to express themselves both musically and artistically. This guided video also contains instructions that caregivers of students and/or teachers can follow to help their students create their projects. Regardless of where you are in your learning journey, this is for any independent and ambitious music learner who wants to try some DIY music and art projects!

During the COVID19 pandemic, not everyone has musical resources or instruments at home. However, if you have a big imagination and are willing to try creating something musical through a different way, this guided activity is for you!

SPECIAL THANKS to Ms. Colleen Hardy (Art Educator, Massachusetts), Mr. Evan Ruddock (Health Educator, Massachusetts), Ms. Dominique Goodman (Kindergarten Paraprofessional & Educator, Massachusetts), and Ms. Kristen McCarthy (Math Specialist and Masters Degree Fellow, Endicott College, MA).
